Arsenault backs down in food fight

GALLUP — Gallup McKinley County School District Superintendent Ray Arsenault took full responsibility for violations found by the New Mexico Environment Department at the district food warehouse and said they were not handled in a timely manner, during a news conference Thursday evening.
